Mr Rowland is an experienced Consultant Gynaecologist offering an array of modern techniques to treat a variety of gynaecological and menstrual disorders. He has a particular interest in laparoscopic (“keyhole”) surgeries for hysterectomy, endometriosis, pelvic adhesions, fibroids and sterilisation. Mr Rowland also offers hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation using NovaSure and 1st generation techniques allowing most menstrual problems to be resolved without abdominal procedures.

Mr Rowland qualified from the University of Manchester in 2006 and has subsequently worked in a number of hospitals across the North West of England, gaining a wide variety of skills and techniques to help his patients.
Since then, Mr Rowland has strived to continually update his knowledge and methods to offer the latest procedures and best practice. He retains a passion for teaching advanced Gynaecologist Endoscopic procedures and has been invited to several national meetings. In addition to his work in this country, Mr Rowland has also been involved in teaching internationally for the Royal College examinations.
He has gained additional qualifications in Medical Education and Leadership from the Universities of Manchester and Edge Hill.
