Mr Gurpreet Singh MBE has been a national lead in Urodynamic standards, having co-authored for the DH minimum standards for urodynamics practice and has been an executive member for The British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS) where he helped write the curriculum for functional and neuro-urology. He has been the chair of the surgical speciality group for Urology for the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, leading on patient safety and training and has an active research interest, predominately clinical, with over a 150 peer reviewed publications. Mr Singh has been an Associate Postgraduate Dean for Health Education England (HEE) and has a very keen interest in Teaching and training. He is also a passionate advocate for patient safety and maintaining standards and is a Lead Assessor for The National Clinical Assessment Service (NCAS) and chairs Fitness to Practice panels for the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service (MPTS).
